Based on new trends, the added value of goat’s milk, and the aim to create a cheese of added value, we created the Cow’s & Goat’s cheese in brine of TRIPOLI, which we make from high-quality milk. The addition of Greek goat’s milk and goat’s cream to cow’s milk, with a recipe, in the right proportions, and with the required ripening, changes the organoleptic characteristics of the cheese. It significantly improves the structure and texture of cheese, gives it a clear white color, full of complete taste, low acidity and a delightful aftertaste.
