Arkadiko is a white brine cheese produced from cow’s milk, sheep’s and goat’s milk and sheep’s cream with the traditional technology of feta cheese, developing unique characteristics of taste, structure, color & aroma. The addition of Greek sheep’s milk and sheep’s cream to cow’s milk, with a recipe, in the right proportions and with the required ripening, changes the organoleptic characteristics of the cheese.
