Graviera Tripoli is made in three different versions: from 100% sheep’s milk, from 100% goat’s milk and from a mixture of cow’s and sheep’s and goat’s milk. Graviera’s main characteristics are its compact mass and texture, aroma and pleasant sweet taste.
